today summed up in one word: exauhsting
(i can't even spell that one word)

i didn't get to bed last night till 3:30 (okay, it was this morning) and then my alarm went off at 7:30 for me to get ready for my 8:00 theory final. the test went okay. i think i did well on it...few mistakes..but i really don't know because dr. V hadn't checked them when i went to the office this afternoon to find out...

after the test, i went back to my room and dove into the task of packing and moving all my stuff. i had to take a load of my things over to the stoarage unit nick and i are renting for the summer. it was ENTIRELY too hot to be moving all that crap around. if today ahd not been a moving day, i'm sure it would have been nice breezy spring weather, but rather, because everyone was moving out of the dorms...it had to be excruciatingly warm for may.

so i packed and moved and cleaned and worked for the entire day up untill 6:30, when i finally checked out and got on the road.

now stop and think about this: i'd been going all day working hard on only 4 hours of sleep after a long stressful week of finals and a whole month of awful sleeping habits. add to that the exaustion from thinking about how long it will be before i see these people whom i';ve lived and learned with for the alst nine months, and take from that, the thoughts of those who i won't even see agian in the fall because they are transferring. then stick in my car and tell me to drive for an hour and a half by myself? i was soo scared i was gonna fall asleep at the wheel. i probly almost did. my eyes were working so hard to stay open that they were getting even MORE tired. i just kept counting down how much farther, trying to make the time pass, singing loudly and off-key in order not to sing myself to sleep:)

but i DID make it home, and i immidiately went in the house and crashed on the couch, leaveing all the unloading for my mom and dad to do. i slept there for 45 minutes and it only felt like 5.

alas, i get to sleep in tomorrow, and the day after that!

i am finally a sophomore....but gosh this year flew by...
