i saw it..i saw tonight that it can happen..i saw how it starts and how real it can be!

"it" being the coffeeshoppe/bookstore idea i've had for a bit.
tonight me and some friends went to a coffeeshoppe in challmette called Cappicinos(it's actually a small chain of slightly overpriced coffee) this particular location has a cozy back room with two love seats, two soft chairs, a coffe table, some other furniture and some regular tables with straight chairs as well..and against a wall to the left of the door there is a bookcase with one shelf of novels and such types and a shelf and a half bellow that holding...childrens books!
i quickly found a berenstien bears book which none of us had heard before and we each in turn read a page till the book was finished (one man attempted to come in and read a book of his own at a table, but soon changed his mind and went to the main room again..hey..i DID warn him when he came in!) we had so much fun with this first book that i ran over and found another book..veggietales! this brought forth even more claps of glee from myself..and we had a great time....eventually we found a longer book about a spaceship and two boys named tod(with only one d) and billy(who reminded us of billy hyatt quite a bit--those who knew him) durring this story four guys came in and began a game of checkers at the table. i asked them if they wanted to join us..but they declined. every now and then i'd glance over and notice they were listening afterall...though they still denied it. shortly one of the guys who ws not in the game moved to one of the soft chairs and listened intently..but refused to join in the reading. after a few more pages we had all of the guys in our circle reading along with us in turn! (oh how books bring people together!) i feel like i somehow made someone else's life brighter by showing them the fun of revisiting childhood. i feel like i learned tonight that i am not the only one in the world who would throughly enjoy a reading-coffeeshoppe such as this.
